Perennial Contractors, LLC is headquartered in Portsmouth, VA with multiple branch offices along the Eastern Seaboard, Great Lakes and the Gulf Coast. We provide qualified skilled trades staffing, technical and professional placement services as well as payroll/pre-screening services to marine, oil & gas and industrial businesses nationwide. Our qualified trades personnel have a minimum of 5 years experience and have performed on projects that range from ship or yacht construction & repair, oil rig construction & repair, dredging, scrap metal, on/off terminal work, marine construction to industrial construction, shut-downs, turnarounds and many others.

We are also certified by the Department of Labor as a H2B Contractor. This gives us the unique flexibility to access an untapped source of skilled workers that could have a huge impact on your projects. These are fully documented, tested and qualified foreign workers authorized to work in the United States for 10 month intervals.

Rates are quoted only after fully understanding your specific needs so that we can quote the most competitive prices available.
